Eric has been in the insurance business since 2005. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN in 2005 and worked for Auto-Owners Insurance Company as a personal lines underwriter for 2 years. He also spent another 5 years with this company as a commercial lines underwriter and marketing representative. In 2011 Eric along with his wife Rena and children moved back to the Brainerd area where he started his own insurance agency. In 2012, Eric had the opportunity to merge his agency with AgencyOne and join forces with his father, Dale. In 2016 Dale decided he wanted to start working toward retirement and sold the agency to Eric.

Eric spends his free time with his wife Rena and 4 active children Evan, Clara, Whitney, and Vivian. He also enjoys the outdoors, fishing, hunting and playing sports.

Katie has been in the insurance business since 2022. She graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, MN in 2019. In 2021, Katie along with her husband, Daniel, moved back to the Brainerd lakes area to be back in the community they love and closer to family.

Katie spends her free time with her family and enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, and being with her two dogs, Annie and Samantha.

Kay has been in the business since 1989. She moved from Iowa and was initially hired as the receptionist at the agency owned by American National Bank. She was moved into a personal lines customer service representative role and served in that position for about 12 years. About 13 years ago she moved into the role of a commercial lines customer service representative and has been there ever since.

Kay enjoys spending time with her husband Rick, her kids, and grandkids.

Tiffany began her insurance career in 2024. She graduated from North Dakota State University in 2003. Previously working with animals for 20 years, she decided that insurance was the way to go. She appreciates assisting and trying to make someone else’s day a little easier.

Tiffany is an avid fisherman with her husband Bill. When she’s not following her daughter, Chloe and son, Brady in sports, she loves to garden and be outdoors walking with her dog Willow.
